Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

What is the return policy at devils n angels?

Most of our products are eligible for exchange for domestic orders. There are some items that are made to order which are not eligible for exchanges. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If the product is eligible for exchange, you may Whatsapp on +91 98293 44522 or write to us at within 4 days of delivery to request a return and refund from the date of receipt. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for return only can be exchanged.

How are returns processed?

We do not offer a reverse pickup service. The customer will have to bear the cost of shipping the goods to us. In case you want to return or exchange a product, please send it to the following address: 158 Jai Jawan Colony-2, Tonk Road, Jaipur – 302018.

Once we receive the goods the product passes the quality check, we will issue you a store credit in form of a Gift Card that will be emailed to your original order email address. The Gift Card will have no expiry and can be used to purchase anything from our store.

Please allow up to 3 working days to get your Gift Card Credit after we have received the returned product.

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry once an order is processed you cannot cancel it since we process the order on the same day. Yet if anything is possible we can try. You can Whatsapp on  +91 9829344522 or write to us at We would try to do whatever best is possible.

Can I exchange part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 4 days of delivery. Please do note some items are not returnable or exchangeable.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 4 days of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size and fit alterations might be available for orders placed within India. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to return the product instead.

Pre-Orders, Garments above the value of Rs.3000, undergarments & Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. Used, washed, damaged or laundered products cannot be returned/exchanged. Products tags and the original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.
